Because each TUFTIA piece is handcrafted, please allow 4-6 days for production. Once ready, we carefully package your rug and arrange delivery.

  • Local Delivery: We ship across Bangladesh. Domestic orders typically arrive within 10-12 business days after dispatch. A flat delivery fee (or free shipping over a certain amount) may apply.

  • International Shipping: We can ship worldwide on request. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes; these are not included in our price. If you’re ordering from abroad, we recommend checking with your local customs office beforehand.

  • Order Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking information once your rug has shipped.

We partner with reputable couriers to ensure your rug arrives safely. White-glove delivery (room-of-choice placement and unpacking) is available for large orders. If you have questions about shipping costs or timeframes, please contact us before ordering.
