The Custom Order Process (4 Simple Steps)

Step 1: Share Your Vision

Step 2: Digital Proof & Quote

We generate a digital design proof and yarn color palette for your approval. Once approved, we provide a transparent quote based on size, complexity, and yarn requirements.

Step 3: Handcrafting & Sculpting

Once a 50% advance deposit is confirmed, our artisans begin stretching the canvas, hand-tufting high-density yarns, and hand-carving every edge in our Rajshahi studio.

Step 4: Quality Inspection & Delivery

We send you photos and videos of the finished rug for final approval before carefully packaging and dispatching it to your address.
